@TheBarmyArmy First senior game together with my son, who took 2 wickets. Daughter helps scoring and my wife comes regularly now too. Great we all have a sport to enjoy together

@GeorgieHeath27 Depends how you define 'best'. I would say The Hundred though, because of the crowds & entertainment as a day out. The quality is getting better and better. We attract the best overseas signings. There are some very close games (like this year's final). I'd say best overall

@rosatalksball Yes,heard Amy won't be there.
Agree it's good to retain many Sparks. I'm not worried about bowling at all.Batting is an issue though,as it has been for Sparks so often.We'd need a couple of Eng players to boost numbers (only 15!) & batting,but not sure who or how that would work

@coach_d_blake A huge problem in all sports sadly. All about winning, rather than development, enjoyment and inclusiveness.
Very few make it to the top, but many are put off finding their place in the game due to the short-sightedness shown by many.

@cricket_badger Still think England, as winning is a habit and so is losing. England are stronger mentally I think and that will be the difference

Still think it's wrong not to select those playing elsewhere too. That would give us an unbelievable squad!

SA made that decision a few years back and look what happened to them since!

@JackRuleLD @WomCricketMad She's in a difficult position having to talk about friends but she's spot on.Australia have set the standard fitness-wise (as with everything) & we're not at that level.I think mentality is the biggest thing personally.NSB the only one to consistently perform under real pressure
