@SmartHomeScene Is it just a repeater or does it actually pair with the network as a device that does nothing? But being mains powered can be used as a Zigbee router?
@imduffy15 I stayed in one of those 'mini' rooms in London, I didn't look at the actual control box but each touch switch went back to a central box full of relays and dimmers. Every button press I could hear the relay open or close from this one box.
@Nalina5891@BBCWorld They were no longer getting any energy from Russia, but being connected meant the Russians could send energy spikes (and other things) and cause issues in their national grids. By disconnecting this can't happen.
@SmartHomeScene The comments about the frequency of the updates and the impact this has in the ZigBee network is the reason I went for Shelly EMs and connected them over ethernet.
@akpat786@flightradar24 It's rare this happens. But the aircraft still needs to be registered somewhere and the money transferred through a country.
Even if the aircraft is bought outright then often a bank loan is used for cash flow reasons.
@akpat786@flightradar24 Any that need to follow the same legal framework.
If the next aircraft is leased by an Irish lessor or loan from an Irish bank then it will probably have to fly over the Republic of Ireland.
@WifeDirtyTesla Active cruise control often helps me in bad weather, it 'sees' the car in front slowing down before it breaks and already starts to slow me down. Makes me feel safer as I don't feel like I need to be as reactive and on and off my breaks as much.
@imduffy15 My Dad: I can design this very complex electrical signal safety system for trains
Also my dad: can't program the TV recorder.
Level of intelligence has no bearing on something that is obvious to others...
@DavidDavisMP thanks for your note though the door, especially interesting to read about the Labour details.
Just wondering why your note doesn't mention which party you stand for? Maybe you need a new editor so you don't forget this important detail next time.
@TechnoTimLive Wife: your light automation didn't work when doing a nappy change in the middle of the night
Me: we had a power outage - no lights were working, we had _no_ electricity... 🤦♂️
