@lufthansa Can't reach customer service (CS) agent, ever I bought RT ticket. They lost my return reservation and made me buy another $$$ one way ticket home. Told to contact airline when I get home for refund. That was >6 wks ago. I am told CS is backlogged. >6 wks. Get more help
