@TheBestyn@pokemondealsuk The contract changed. So previously it was Tesco handling the stock directly but now The Entertainer (which operates in most Tescos) has taken it over. The Entertainer delivery comes in seperate and us Tesco staff have nothing to do with it. Entertainer staff will work it.

@Haveafastbath@nickyboy1886@pokemondealsuk Tell me about it. I’m sure you’ve got similar stories but we’ve had a fair few abusive customers too. They’ve seen online we have them so it’s their God given right to clear us out 🤷♂️
@nickyboy1886@pokemondealsuk Every store varies but we’ve found scalping to be a big issue at our store. We have persistent customers who will return 5 to 6 times a day trying to clear the shelf. It rarely goes out for this reason. Theft of Pokemon items is very high too.
