@StonedAssassin_@GovPressOffice “For the military” surrrre buddy. Keep telling yourself that’s for the troops. I’m sure the vip list is full of people who are deployed and not his rich donor Epstein class pals.
More than 500 personnel of the State Emergency Service have been involved in dealing with the aftermath of Russia’s overnight attack on our cities and communities. The main strike was on Kyiv, where dozens of residential buildings and other purely civilian infrastructure were damaged again. Tragically, four people have been reported killed. My condolences to all their families and loved ones. At this moment, 38 people are in hospitals in the capital, and all of them are receiving the necessary care.
In Dnipro, a search and rescue operation is ongoing at the site of a four-story apartment building. Part of the building was essentially demolished. Nine people were killed in this attack, including a child. Thirty-five people were injured in the city. The fate of six more people remains unknown. The search for them will continue for as long as necessary.
The Russians also struck energy facilities in the Kharkiv region and critical infrastructure in Kharkiv. Kyiv, Mykolaiv, Zaporizhzhia, Poltava, Sumy, Chernihiv, and Khmelnytskyi regions also came under attack.
In total, overnight Russia launched 656 attack drones and 73 missiles of various types at our people – ballistic, cruise, and anti-ship missiles. A large-scale attack and an absolutely clear statement from Russia: if Ukraine is not protected from ballistic and other missile strikes, these attacks will continue. Europe needs its own anti-ballistic defense so that this war can finally be brought to an end. And assistance from the United States in supplying missiles for Patriot systems is absolutely necessary. We are counting on the support of our partners and on effective responses to today’s attack.
And I thank all Ukrainian men and women for not ignoring air raid alerts.
Glory to Ukraine!
Trump wears tons of makeup, loves interior decorating, his favorite band is the Village People, and he can’t stop talking about how hot guys are. Just an observation.
Maggie Haberman put Hillary Clinton's emails on the front page of the @nytimes over 140 times. Hillary did not give Maggie Haberman access and Trump did.
I hate the White House press corps. They are not serious people. They are giddy TMZ gossip columnists who are desperate for clicks and likes. Trump gives them access every day when serious presidents do not because they are actually working.
Corporate media is broken.
There is no world in which this is okay.
Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito did not recuse himself from cases involving Trump’s Treasury Department while his own son was secretly working there as a political appointee and attorney.
His son's employment was hidden so thoroughly that his name appears nowhere on the Treasury Department website, he has no public resume, and his bar listings are outdated.
If Alito had recused himself, the secret would have come out. He didn’t recuse himself.
This is a clear conflict of interest, and the American people deserved to know about it.
The federal recusal standard is clear: a justice must step aside in any case where there is a reasonable basis to question whether he or she can be impartial. A justice ruling on cases involving the department where his son works fails that test. The Treasury Department sits at the center of some of the biggest legal fights of this administration, and challenges to Trump’s $1.776 billion January 6 slush fund could be headed to the Court next.
The Supreme Court is the only court in America with no binding code of conduct. That is completely unacceptable, and it has to change NOW.
Congress controls the Power of the Purse, and therefore the Court’s funding. If the Court will not adopt a binding code of conduct with real recusal review on their own, I support withholding their funding until they do.

🚨 HOLY SHIT.
A U.S. citizen just testified before the Senate that ICE agents ignored his passport, detained him, placed him on suicide watch, and released him WITHOUT charges or explanation.
Read that again.
An AMERICAN CITIZEN says he showed agents his passport multiple times…
and still ended up locked in a cell under 24/7 lights, stripped naked, wearing a hospital gown while guards watched him constantly.
His family reportedly had no idea where he was.
Then after all of that?
No charges.
No explanation.
Just released.
Donald Trump Jr takes a financial stake in a company…
3 months later, the Pentagon gives it $620 million…
after Trump’s White House told them to…
And the company’s valuation rose from
$200 million to $2 billion as a result.
This is corruption.

Congress has allowed non-immigrants to adjust their immigration status from within the United States since the 1950s. The framework was designed, in the words of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, specifically to prevent family separation and allow companies to retain employees during visa backlogs.
A USCIS policy memo issued Friday instructs agency officers to treat those applications as "extraordinary relief" - reversing seven decades of statutory law through an administrative directive.
"You can't, through a stroke of a pen, overturn a statute," immigration attorney Todd Pomerleau told ABC News.
The specific trap: Afghan nationals who assisted U.S. forces and received humanitarian parole are being told their choice to apply for permanent residency inside the United States will count as an adverse factor in their own application. The lawyer ABC quoted said it plainly: many of them have nowhere safe to return to.
Some of those Afghan allies processed through Camp Atterbury in Edinburgh, Indiana after the 2021 withdrawal. They followed the legal process. Tonight, that process has been reclassified.
The administration says it is going after criminals. These are the people it is going after instead.
Adjustment of status is LITERALLY the legal immigration process created by Congress in 1952, and does not bypass anything. In fact, DHS is in better position to vet than DOS.
Yet another Congressperson who doesn't understand what they are talking about.
@proudamericanst@IngrahamAngle How is applying and being accepted for a visa, following the rules, and paying the proper fees for a visa “jumping a turnstile”?
It's even crueler than described. Say you marry your college sweetheart on a student visa, or girlfriend on a work visa. Maybe pregnant? Doesn't matter. You're forced to live apart or abroad for two years. If she is from 75 countries on Trump's arbitrary ban list, indefinitely.
