👩‍🍳 Recipes were used from Sunderland Care Experienced cookbooks.

👊 With each cookbook that gets sold, the money goes to children in the care system. Each book sold also sees a donation of a free cookbook given to someone in care.

🤝 Foundation of Light and @MFCFoundation Changemaker groups came together at the @BeaconofLight for a cookery session to promote independence.

The aim of the session was to show how to cook for a family on a budget.
