I attended @ScotParl to see the @ScotGovFM making a commitment that @ContactScotland - BSL video relay service for deaf people - will continue. It will not be cut as previously announced. Deaf community in Scotland are relieved!
Shocking. to hear @scotgov proposal to close ContactScotland-BSL despite a commitment in the BSL national plan 2023-2029 to improve this service as part of the BSL Act. This makes the aim for Scotland to be the best country for BSL users to live harder.
