Just tried to checkin. Really cheesed off my family have been spirited away across the plane.I’ve gone from a window seat in row 9 with my family to a middle row seat on my own in row 15. Is this another BA system error or are they specifically targeting Life Time Gold Members?

@mpwgroup bought my sister a MPW voucher for Xmas which expires this week end. Just cancelled her booking for Saturday after she was admitted to hospital. MPW Restaurant completely unsympathetic and would not extend the validity of the voucher. Very poor.
