@vline_geelong Had to stand up in the morning for the entire trip and now doing the same on the return trip. Unfortunately this so called service is just not getting any better and last few weeks has been horrific. What are plans are place to review and rectify?

@vline_geelong Understand it was a train fault but seemed to be running fine so why does it have to terminate at Geelong? So what was the actual train fault?
@vline_geelong Why does this happen nearly every week? Are there steps in place to rectify this ongoing problem or do your customers just deal with it?
@vline_geelong Do v/line realise the stress that is caused to customers by the poor service that is provided with frequent delays & cancellations, not good
