It is always interesting to see legislators who don't live in St. Louis advocate for St. Louis. It never stops. The voters in the city should decide if SLMPD is controlled by the city or not instead of rural legislators.

@DonnybrookStl Joe Holleman made a good point about the total ban of cell phones in Normandy schools. However, when his parents dropped him off at school he didn't have to practice active shooter drills. Parents need quick access these days.
