A 78 year old man, John Gregory Grace, was killed on his daily walk, crossing the Occoquan Commuter Lot in Woodbridge, VA.

The driver, an illegal alien in the United States, allegedly blew through a stop sign exiting the lot and took his life.

Police charged Arlen Yessenia VIVAS PEREZ, 42, of Woodbridge, with ONLY “disregarding a stop sign.”

A summons, then released.

NO vehicular manslaughter charges. No reckless driving.

Nothing reflects the fact that her actions killed an innocent man. One man dead, a family shattered, and the system treats it like a minor traffic ticket.

This wasn’t an “accident” it was negligence with deadly consequences, enabled by someone who shouldn’t even be here.

Wh was there no vehicular manslaughter when the outcome was death?

Prince William County (and America)deserves real justice, not this slap on the wrist, while illegal immigrants face minimal consequences. Enough!
