@virginmedia But your Status website says there is no problem.... And I'm on the phone for the 4th time demonstrating that there is a problem with you infrastructure.
Another @virginmedia outage in the Brighton area. It’s been bad all morning and now offline for 2 hours. Th b is is becoming a weekly occurrence now. What’s going on people ? #instability#broadbanddown
@virginmedia That would be the 4th call I’ve made today then to inform you that you have problems with your infrastructure, that you are not aware of. That’s not acceptable. Do better please.
@virginmedia No - zero comms from @virginmedia . Your website states that there are no known issues. Download speed is restored, but zero upload speed makes the internet unusable still. ETA please ??
@virginmedia Yes virgin engineers are aware. But I had to make 3 calls to convince your support staff the problem was not on my side but on yours. This happens so frequently now.
