I recently started a free ladies self-defense class in my BJJ gym.

We do it every Tuesday and it’s open to all women in our area who want to learn practical self-defence skills.

One of my passions outside of nanopage and ProSize ERP is Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. I’ve been doing it almost 10 years now, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a fun way to get fit and make friends.

Teaching this class has been one of the most rewarding things I’ve done.

Seeing people who come into the gym scared and anxious, leaving confident and ready to take on the world again.

Nothing beats that feeling.
