@ScotRail @NetworkRailSCOT Why is the app telling me to get a train from prestwick town to kilwinning then change to another train going on tbe exact same route as the cancelled one to glasgow? How do i get a refund for my ticket i’ll just take the x77

@ScotRail If it’s only at central why did you let the 6am to ayr leave only for us to be told it woukd terminate at lochwinnoch? Spent an hour standing about at johnstone before getting a lift to work. Money wasted on a taxi for the 6am train as well since you don’t have trains on early
