What is going on with @Shell recharge?

Can't order a charge card, nor add a CC.

The contact number on the charger is the wrong line and the right one just rings out.

Shell is one of the biggest and richest companies in the UK and this is corner shop quality.

Is anyone home?

I get at least 5 calls a week from people claiming to be from @ThreeUK trying so sell me a new contract. Every time I ask not to be contacted again. How do I stop these incessant calls?

It’s very annoying that you can’t log in to a browser without verifying via the app. There should be another way.
