I am Craig and I suffered from Anxiety, Agoraphobia and Panic Attacks for 20 Years and I have built the Calibrate app to help people feel better much faster.
98% sleep. 65% recovery.
Slept great. Body still needs more.
This is why I stopped just tracking workouts and started tracking recovery. The numbers tell you things you'd never feel on your own.
I built Calibrate after struggling with anxiety for years and got fed up with all the childish fluff that gets associated with anxiety support.
Calibrate is real tools. Anxiety support, without the fluff
Mercor now has a valuation of $10 Billon! This is insane!
All from providing people to Open Ai and Meta.
If anyone from @Meta or @OpenAI see this. My company Gigged AI has 30,000+ vetted contractors and over 70,000 total. I’ll happily help source you the right talent and fast😊

If I had to overcome anxiety again, I’d do things very differently!
After 15 years of struggling with anxiety, panic disorder, and agoraphobia, here are the 3 biggest lessons I wish I’d learned sooner:
1️⃣ Educate yourself from the right source
Anxiety isn’t dangerous, and recovery isn’t about eliminating it — it’s about building tolerance and resilience.
2️⃣ Practice self-compassion
You can’t bully yourself into healing. Speaking kindly to yourself (especially in tough moments) changes everything.
3️⃣ Let go of the timeline
Recovery isn’t a race. It’s about showing up for yourself in small, consistent ways every day.
At Calibrate, we’ve built tools like daily check-ins and habit tracking to support exactly this. You don’t have to go through it alone.
I vibe coded a CBT exposure tracking app and it’s now live on the AppStore.
If you or someone you know is going through CBT at the moment please give it a go and let me know what you think ☺️

CBT is one of the best ways to reduce anxiety. It helps you change unhelpful thoughts and face the things you’ve been avoiding (hello, exposure therapy). It’s not easy—but it works.

They say that golf is good for your mental health. I’ve never been too sure of that the way I play 😅
But I went for a few holes before work today and look at this! Was a great way to start the day, nature and sunshine.
Looking for people who are currently going through CBT. I have created a very simple exposure therapy app and would love for you to try it.
I built it for myself years ago and think it might help others.
