Frustrating morning as tried to switch from BT to Sky for my internet and lost all services. When I call sky they direct me online, and when I go online it says I need to call. Can someone help @Customer_Serv_

@Customer_Serv_ Cheers. Been online and it’s tells me it can’t connect to the router so to call. Obviously when I call it tells me it can’t take my call and to go online to use the online diagnostic. I’m in a loop
