We have now been stranded at YYC airport going on 8 hours and the plane we are supposed to take hasn’t left YVR yet. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!!! What can be done about this as we are about to miss our next connector and will be stranded again 🤬🤬🤬

We were told we wouldn’t make our connecting flight so we had to rebook only to find out the original plane we should have been on was delayed 3 1/2 hours and is currently on its way but we were not given the chance to get back on that plane.

We are trying to get to San Diego but have been getting the runaround in YYC as we are being told that it’s due to multiple weather delays yet there are many other planes/airlines departing on time from this same airport.
