I’m not the best with articulating some of my thoughts and feelings, but what @richeisen said resonated with some of my emotions about what is going on.
Cart riders in America always tell me how slow walking golf is.
I’ve played 13 walking rounds in the last 10 days in the Netherlands and Scotland.
Longest round: 4:10. That’s the only round that was over 4 hours. Most closer to 3:30.
Modern American golf is slow by design and exacerbated by bad policy, selfish players, and poor course layout.
I’d you’re a cheater who affects the actual integrity of online H2H gameplay you won’t get banned but ppl will get banned because of a exploit that was in the game because of a bug on SDS end ONLY because it messes with their sales
@MLBTheShow Good work as always guys! Do you mind taking 2 minutes to also fix the game breaking issues in your game before you prioritize banning all of your customers for a mistake you made? Thanks xoxo
@MLBTheShow I get free stubs every time the showdown menus get slow as hell, and when ppl use glitched Hader and king, and when I don’t see my ranked record in game, and when the pci shrinks on sliders too! Better address that as well!
Just one time I want one of these fans being assaulted to pull a Minigun out of their inventory & lay shit down. This is the shit that makes you want to see the Knicks choke the series.
Brent O’Mara accomplished a 1 in 1.1 MILLION feat after shooting 73-74 in back-to-back rounds as an 8.7 handicap index. Here’s my full report on the Shadow Ridge CC MEMBA-MEMBA Champions in Omaha, Nebraska. #TheYipRule#golf#journalism
A cashier told me my total was $8.55.
The screen said $8.51 and i pointed at the screen.
She said they round up because of the penny shortage.
I handed her $8.51 exact.
But let’s do the math nobody wants to do.
The average fast food chain serves 1 million customers a day.
Round up 4 cents on every transaction.
That’s $40,000 a day. $14,600,000 a year.
On pennies.
On a shortage that conveniently always rounds up and never down.
These companies post billion dollar profits every quarter.
And they’re skimming your change to pad it further.
This isn’t a penny shortage.
This is a corporate policy disguised as a math problem.
Check your receipt.
Every single time.
Because 4 cents times a million people is not a rounding error.
It’s a business model.
Me: “please change the TV to the Georgia game”
14yo roller rink employee: “sorry they told me I can’t change the TVs”
Me: “does that rule change for … ten dollars?”
14yo: “it sure does”
