@Coronation2023@TicketmasterCS@Ticketmaster I don't think we knew there was a first ballot tbh I know I didn't!... however the point to this is that the email says you have 2 tickets you have until the 27th to claim them, the whole wording in this is beyond misleading and should have been reworded! It's unacceptable.
@Coronation2023 I really do hope that someone comes forward with a full and clear explanation of how this has happened! Everything from when the @BBCNews broke this story with all the full T&C's to what @TicketmasterUK are now saying. The email was beyond misleading!
