@DHLPaket@DeutschePostDHL the status of my parcel hasn’t changed in the last 1 week. It says shipment posted at retail outlet and it’s supposed to be trackable but I don’t see anything. I don’t speak German so I can’t connect on the helpline. please help!
@zomatocare My Q is why after ranting on SM and tagging @deepigoyal and @KFC_India did zomato take action? I haven’t complained in 2-3 months about anything so what is this new rule implemented? Tomorrow will a small restaurant admit fault like KFC did? It’s their word against mine? Sad…
@zomatocare The restaurant guy said he say my image and it’s clear they sent only one so please refund the customer for 1 piece! Same image I sent zomato Over email! In the end after running for 2 days I got my refund of 122 rupees on a 1100 order.
@KFC_India@zomato@SwiggyCares guys zomato says two pieces were sent, looking at the image , what do you think ? Restaurant also says two was sent, so do you think I ate one piece, cleaned the box and raised a complaint for 125 refund on a 1100 order? Bag was sealed.
@deepigoyal I know you can’t help but what happened to customer care and live agent chats at zomato? Also why are they not believing customers who rarely complain and ask for refunds? I miss the old zomato where you guys cared about customer service .
