Imagine sending a 3 year old tv back to @currys @CurrysServices for repair whilst under warranty for it to arrive back to you damaged! Both corners damaged, back not clipped in nor are there any screws in place.

To top it off I had to stay up from a night shift, I’ve been up nearly 26 hours because @currys @CurrysServices delivery app doesn’t tell you when it will be delivered and when you ring customer service to tell them you won’t be in at the time they set, they’ll deliver it anyway!

You can see at the top of the frame where the person has put in a screw drivers to prise away the back cover, damaging the frame. @currys @CurrysServices answer well repair it again! Do you actually employ technicians or do they just not have a clue what they are doing?
