@Hoseasons I have been trying to get hold of you for a refund rather than a voucher for my holiday meant to take place a month ago, but cannot get through. Can you please refund me for my booking? How is the best way to get hold of you? I am not waiting on the phone any longer.

@MicrosoftUK I am still without a computer after actions caused by one of your employees whilst they were remoting into my computer. I have now been told to take my computer to a service centre but I don’t believe there are any near me. Case number 1473949177. I’ve messaged you
@MicrosoftUK I had an issue with a Win 10 update. A support chat assistant remoted into my computer and now it is stuck on a boot loop and will not even start. I am now being told the only way to fix it is to go and purchase a USB to manually load on. What can I do?
