It was all about career development and promotion and I asked what are we doing to retain the staff who do not want promotion.

@JaneAnn85753491 @NorthumbriaNHS I started on Project 2000 in '92 at Addenbrookes on the adult course we were not liked by those on the previous training. I dropped out but went back in '97 and qualified as a RMN in 2000.
