@shouchew They never explained why I am ineligible or why my profile activity is locked. For the next 5 days, they just kept asking information on the event and check for notification of the reward. Until the last day of the event, my profile frame is still not activated when I' awarded.

@shouchew I didn't get the frame. I have checked the campaign rewards and it says the rewards is issued, but it also says I'm ineligible. I also found out my profile activity for profile frame is also locked. I lodge a ticket with the support since 10 Oct 2026, none of replies r helpful

@shouchew I participated in a live campaign 'travel with me' from 17 Sep 2026 to 7 Oct 2026, and supported a live streamer. Streamer came up first & I am the top contributor. Both of us are suppose to get a profile frame from 8 Oct 2026 to 15 Oct 2026 . Only the streamer got the frame.
