This is the guy at CBC who sent a letter telling staff not to refer to 9/11 as a terrorist attack.
His name is Basem Boshra.
Should this man be fired immediately?
Two weeks before the 25th anniversary of the deadliest terrorist attack in American history, CBC has instructed its journalists not to refer to 9/11 as a terrorist attack.
Nearly 3,000 innocent people were murdered that day, including 24 Canadians, in an act of monstrous evil.
Canadians stood shoulder to shoulder with our American friends, neighbours, and allies in the aftermath. Nearly 7,000 stranded passengers found safe harbour in Gander. More than 40,000 Canadians would go on to serve in Afghanistan alongside our allies in the fight against terrorism.
To call 9/11 anything other than a terrorist attack is an appalling distortion of history. It dishonours the victims and their families, the survivors, and the first responders who suffered from the horrors of that day.
CBC must immediately apologize and retract this directive.
CBC should be shut down over this. They should have been shuttered years ago but Twatdope just kept giving them more money!
This is disgusting and an insult to the 2977 souls lost on the 9/11 terrorist attack.
The Carney government is is full damage control mode this evening as American news outlets have noticed that CBC made it their editorial policy to diminish the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
CBC, ostensibly independent, backtracked hours ago likely after considerable pressure.
She’s an idiot. Just like Dug Ford, she will show Donald Trump. FFS people, you were first in line to negotiate a deal. The UK, Mexico, Japan and even China negotiated agreements. But Canada will show them……
@Jamesjonesik8 No worries, just be yourself and we won't come anywhere near you.
I don't know if you've looked at yourself in the mirror lately, but you're extremely unattractive.
You look like a little dog.
🚨 A woman said, "I want to know what MAGA men find attractive so I can do the opposite. I'm just not compatible with them."
What's your response to her comment?

Thank goodness we have Mark Carney as Prime Minister 🇨🇦❤️
He is a master negotiator, and financial genius. He's exactly who we need right now to deal with the orange turd.
If Poilievre had been elected, we'd already be the 51st state, giving all our money to the US 😒
After begging the US for help with the wildfires yesterday, Ontario Premier Doug Ford says Canada can take on the US economically and dismantle them;
"We have to hit back.
We are an energy powerhouse. And we could dismantle the US if we wanted to, if we all work together.
They need to feel the pain, rather than us constantly feeling the pain."
🤦🏼♂️
@FoodProfessor What, and give up the anti-American posturing that energizes so many Canadian voters into supporting the Liberals?
Unlikely.
Canada can choose a positive relationship with America or they can choose the Liberals and their reign of ruin.
I bet it’s option 2.
Trudeau had **SEVEN YEARS** of warnings.
Experts, reports, and past fires all said the same thing: clear the dead wood, manage the forests, stop leaving tinderboxes ready to explode.
Instead he screamed “climate change,” blamed everyone else, and slapped on a crippling carbon tax that did nothing to protect communities.
Jasper burned. Homes destroyed. Billions in damage.
And what did the Liberals learn from that disaster?
**Nothing.**
Now look at Ontario.
The same warnings were ignored. The same dead wood buildup. The same federal obsession with carbon taxes and global virtue-signalling while our forests turn into matchsticks.
Northern Ontario is already feeling the heat — more evacuations, more risk, more communities left vulnerable because Ottawa would rather virtue-signal than actually manage the land.
This isn’t bad luck.
This is what happens when a government cares more about foreign billions, green slush funds, and photo ops than protecting Canadians at home.
❌ They learned nothing from Jasper.
And now Ontario is BURNING 🔥

He was a 🤡 before politics. He was a 🤡 as an MP. He was a 🤡 as PM, destroying the country for 10 long years. And, predictably, he’s continuing to be a 🤡 after politics.
The Liberal party has a problem with unserious people who somehow fall upwards to their highest positions and manage to get legacy media support due to the media’s strong and misguided dislike for Conservatives.
The votes the legacy media whips up for the Liberals has once again (with Carney) put ALL Canadians and the country in an economic devastation, and Carney having the worst first year of growth for a PM since 1963.
