Had a shocking experience on @etihad

They swapped the plane and downgraded everyone.

I paid for 2 business class tickets.
Seat didn’t lie flat.
Entertainment didn’t work.
Old and dirty plane.
Sent them feedback with no reply for over 3 weeks.

Should have flown @emirates
