The meeting with Da Hongfei has just concluded.

The outcome was neither surprising nor pleasant.

He spoke of a so-called “limited cooperation,” yet offered no concrete substance on any critical issue.

I clearly outlined three minimum requirements:

1. Establishing effective and verifiable financial oversight and management mechanisms
2. Abandoning EON, a new project that directly competes with NEO
3. Granting me authorization to publish via the official website and official X (Twitter) account

All three were explicitly rejected.

Under these circumstances, I see no genuine intent to cooperate, nor any willingness to meaningfully advance NEO’s value.

Given the continued decline of NEO under his leadership over the past several years,
I formally call on Da Hongfei to step down from his leadership role within the NEO ecosystem.
