Hiring:
No fluff. No yappers. No one who can talk a big game but can’t show the scoreboard. We’re assembling a small, high‑trust team where every person carries real weight and can prove it.
If you can’t name the deal, the number, the campaign, and exactly what you did to move the needle, do both of us a favour and skip this.
Role 1: Business Development (x1)
You don’t just “know people.” You hunt, you close, and you follow up relentlessly. You turn conversations into closed partnerships/communities/KOL/etc deals into measurable ecosystem wins.
We need specifics like:
“Sourced and closed an X partnership with Y company, leading to Z outcome."
“Negotiated and structured a deal that brought in Y users within Z months.”
If you describe your wins as “we” and can’t isolate your own fingerprints, we’ll know.
Role 2: Community Lead (x1)
You understand that Web3 communities aren’t audiences, they’re stakeholders. You build, moderate, and grow with intention, turning strangers into contributors and noise into signal.
We need specifics like:
“Took a Discord from 1,200 to 8,500 active members in 4 months while maintaining 60% weekly retention.”
“Ran a feedback campaign that generated 230+ actionable insights, directly leading to X product change.”
“Designed an ambassador program with specific details or any strategies that you did that worked and why."
Vibes, gm streaks, and hype alone won’t cut it. We want strategy, systems, and outcomes.
What we’re building
A team where reliability is the baseline. Everyone shows up, takes ownership, communicates clearly, and has each other’s backs. Long‑term commitment matters; we’re here to grow together, not ship and split.
Shared requirements across both roles:
1⃣Web3 experience is mandatory.
2⃣A strong Web2 background is a big plus. We want rigour, tooling, and business fundamentals from outside crypto.
3⃣We are not looking for pure gaming / NFT profiles. If your entire identity is PFP projects and play‑to‑earn, we’re not the right fit. We need people who’ve worked across multiple genres beyond gaming and NFTs, DeFi, infrastructure, SaaS, payments, RWAs, AI, etc and can deliver results wherever they land.
4⃣You use AI as a real lever, not a crutch. More on that below.
5⃣Southeast Asia (SEA) candidates only. Applications from outside SEA will be ignored unless vouched for by someone we know. Speaking good English is a must.
How to apply
1⃣DM us on X with all four items below and specify which role you’re applying for. Incomplete or generic submissions won’t get a reply.
2⃣A screenshot of your resume/experience, bullet points with actual context, not just job titles.
3⃣Your Telegram handle. This is the only channel we’ll use to contact you.
4⃣Your Calendly link (or equivalent), so we can book a call directly if shortlisted WITH GMEET LINK ATTACHED.
If you cannot follow this, you don't deserve a chance.
What we are looking out for
For BD: Deals you sourced and closed, revenue or partnership outcomes, how you qualify leads, and how you use AI for prospecting, research, or pipeline management.
For Community Lead: Communities you scaled or turned around, campaigns you designed, moderation or retention systems you built, and how you use AI for sentiment analysis, content scaling, onboarding, or operational efficiency.
No fluff. No “passionate about web3.” We can spot bullshit from a mile away.
What to expect
1⃣We only reach out via Telegram to schedule a call.
2⃣If you don’t hear from us on Telegram, you haven’t been shortlisted.
3⃣We do not reply on X. Please don’t follow up there.
4⃣If you’re the real deal, drop your DM. We’ll see it fast.
This is @_HermesAgent backed by Atomic Memory in a real work setup.
Every decision, update, and correction your team makes gets organized and stays inspectable across sessions.
Atomic Memory improves your Hermes agent by replacing the 2.2KB native memory cap with unbounded, per-turn memory that resolves contradictions before anything hits storage.

We built AtomicMemory because agent memory has always been a black box you cannot check.

Here's everything we shipped and where to find it 🧵
We just open-sourced AtomicMemory.
The AI memory industry has a black-box problem.
