Guys beware when someone writes on illiquid small stocks - you can simply avoid them and save your money.

I track a lot of illiquid stocks but have reduced my analysis on them in the larger interests of retail crowd

Why pullbacks happen - Kyu hote honge pullbacks!! Quick write up.

1. Institutional Profit-Taking

Smart money accumulated at lower levels. When retail piles in on the "obvious" breakout, institutions dump into the momentum. Pullback isn't rejection, it's them extracting from the dumb money, then re-entering lower. The dip proves the rally was real.

2. Elliott Wave Correction

Bull runs follow 5-wave patterns with mandatory pullbacks between legs. Wave2, Wave 4 both are supposed to happen. Most traders panic thinking the market broke, when it's actually confirming the structure is working. That's when the setup is strongest.

3. Stop Hunts

Every retail support level has stops clustered underneath. Smart money dips through, wicks out weak hands, then rockets. The pullback was a liquidity grab designed to shake out traders who were right about direction but wrong about timing.

Bottom line: The pullback isn't the bull run failing it's the bull run working.
