Wow -- after all Republican members of the House Intel Committee file a letter asking @RepAdamSchiff to resign over Russiagate, Schiff ticks through the major pieces of evidence indicating collusion and says, "you might think it's OK... I don't think that's OK!"
*Avengers: Endgame, opening scene, 1 month later*
Captain America (crying): "I'm still so sad."
Black Widow: "We need to do something fun. Let's go see Oates in concert."
Captain America: "Just Oates? What about Ha... oh right..." (more crying)
Refusing to release a report that supposedly proves your innocence is the legal equivalent of saying “I have a girlfriend but she lives in Canada, you wouldn’t know her”
Horrifying...
Children, parents, families — many fleeing violence — being held in a parking lot under a bridge because there is no room inside CBP. This is a failure of the Trump administration. A failure of our immigration system. We have to do better.
Whatever this report says, here’s what I know: when I was at Cambridge Analytica, the company hired known Russian agents, had data researchers in St Petersburg, tested US voter opinion on Putin’s leadership, and hired hackers from Russia - all while Bannon was in charge.
Interesting point from Ari Melber on @MSNBC: "This is 4 pages. There's not a single full sentence in here that's quoted the Mueller report. Every quote from the Mueller report itself is a partial sentence."
He can stay, he can go. He can be impeached, or voted out in 2020.
But removing Trump will not remove the infrastructure of an entire party that embraced him; the dark money that funded him; the online radicalization that drummed his army; nor the racism he amplified+reanimated.
I find it odd that Barr and Rosenstein decided to come to a conclusion on obstruction after Mueller and the prosecutorial team declined to. If it is a decision left to Congress, and Mueller wasn't weighing in, why did they?
