fan fic where Steve Irwin is still alive and he's here illegally and gets sent to Alligator Alcatraz and leads the deportees on a prison break through the Everglades
E. Jean Carroll was just paid more than $5.6 million by the sitting president of the United States after a jury found him liable for sexually abusing her and a federal judge clarified that what he did was rape.
That should be the biggest story in the country today.
The president raped a woman.
She took him to court.
And she won.

Think about how easy it would have been for a president to not screw this term up. Take office in '25, extend the tax cuts, then get out of the way. Done.
Instead, we have a president who, at every turn, has dramatically exacerbated every problem he was elected to solve. Higher inflation (tariffs, fiscal recklessness, Iran debacle), higher rates (interference w/ the Fed), endless wars, plus some of the most disgusting corruption the office has ever seen (swamp?)
Judged against a passive benchmark, this is without question the worst performance of any president in U.S. history.
Perhaps the pivotal moment of the 2016 election that got Donald Trump elected president was Bill Clinton running into the attorney general on a flight and exchanging pleasantries (followed by demands for her to recuse herself from the EMAILS investigation to avoid merely the appearance of bias).
And now you have the current president just sitting in the White House with the FBI director demanding he subpoena journalists because a story made him angry.
It's not even a double standard, it's just a complete one-sided joke.
It’s 100% this. We went from singing Country Roads and Ella Langley at a World Cup that made everyone fall in love with all distinctly American parts of our daily life to reminding everyone why 90% of the global population hates us.
Overturning that red card made a really fun, talented team into The Bad Guys. They went from playing loose and free to timid and overwhelmed. Being the center of an international firestorm caused that.
I hope everyone had a great 4th of July. I know @realDonaldTrump and family did.
250 years ago we declared independence from a king who ran the colonies as a family business. In just 18 months the Trumps have made King George look like an amateur.
A $620 million Pentagon loan, the largest in the program’s history, to a company Don Jr.’s firm bought into three months before.
An Air Force drone contract to a startup the princelings took public through a golf course company they own a piece of.
The Army’s largest drone motor order ever, to a company where Don Jr. sits on the board and holds millions in stock.
A $24 million Pentagon robotics contract to the company that employs Eric as Chief Strategy Advisor.
A stake in the largest undeveloped tungsten deposit on earth, in Kazakhstan, backed by $1.6 billion in US government support.
Jared’s fund seeded with $2 billion from the Saudi crown prince, now $6.2 billion, 99% of it foreign money from Gulf governments. Over $110 million in fees collected from the Saudis alone. He negotiates American foreign policy with the governments that pay him.
$2.3 billion from crypto ventures their father regulates. More than a million people bought in and lost $2.3 billion. The money didn’t grow. It simply moved from the subjects pockets to the crown’s coffers.
And the next one is already drafted. A proposed ATF rule that will allow guns to be shipped straight to your front door. The government’s own estimate is 3.3 million home gun deliveries a year. Don Jr. sits on the board of the online gun megastore built to cash in. He holds 300,000 shares.
And that’s only the fraction they’ve allowed us to see. Not one subpoena served. Not one search executed. Why hide anything when you own the investigators?
Me? They searched a laptop for six years. Federal prosecutors. Grand juries. Subpoena power. Congressional hearings. They found nothing. I made about $200k a year selling paintings when my Dad was President, and they made my paintings part of an impeachment inquiry.
For six years they’ve asked Where’s Hunter? What about the laptop?
Wrong questions. The right one is 250 years old. Does America belong to a family?
They’ve given their answer. Long live the King.
Trump voters said he was the economy president.
Inflation is higher. Unemployment is higher. Labor participation is down. Paychecks are shrinking. GDP growth is lower. Job growth is lower. The deficit is bigger. The debt is rising faster.
Trump voters called him the crypto president.
Bitcoin is down 38%. Ethereum is down 51%. Dodgecoin is down 76%. The crypto market's overall cap is down 40%. The Trump coin is down 97%.
Trump voters claimed he would be the president of peace with no new wars.
Trump started a war with Iran, then surrendered while gaining nothing at all. There are ongoing extrajudicial killings happening against boats in the ocean. He threatened to invade our allies and is currently threatening military action against Cuba.
Trump voters said he would drain the swamp.
His administration is full of corruption. Trump is taking bribes for favors. He has enriched himself with billions from inside the White House and has given his family lucrative government contracts.
Trump is the worst president in history. That is his legacy.
Trump is awful and is ruining the country. In every sense of what ACTUALLY makes America great, electing him president has ruined it. And on top of that, he has tried to co-opt 'patriotism' to make it about himself.
Many of us (who do actually love this coutnry) were screaming about this all election long, while you spent the entire time obsessing about Joe Biden's age and health; clearly the #1 issue of our time.
Happy 4th, Nate!
You know why this is so crazy, beyond the obvious?
They’ll waste who knows how much in taxpayer money and expert fees to fine a guy for touching the water $1,000 bucks over a damaged pool that cost us $16 million.
But when it comes to Trump’s unlimited corruption, his family’s enrichment, and the DOJ’s own conflicts of interest, they’re nowhere to be found.
That’s Trump’s Justice Department. This isn’t justice. This is a clown show.
The number of financial side deals the Trump family is running is so shocking it can sometimes be hard to track.
According to @Reuters, their crypto ventures alone have delivered $2.3 billion to Trump & co. while creating a similar-sized loss for investors.
There was a multi-year campaign by Republicans, the media and the podcast manosphere to find some sort of corruption, ANYTHING on Hunter (and Joe Biden). Joe Rogan did entire episodes on it. In the end, all they came up with was that he got a job he was under-qualified for.
Meanwhile, Trump is doing the most brazen, unprecedented corruption on a massive scale and it gets reported on by the MSM one time and then everyone moves on. All the people who were obsessed with HUNTER BIDEN CORRUPTION (like Rogan and Glenn Greenwald) won't even mention it.
Unbelievably depressing.
The amount of insider trading Donald Trump is participating in is staggering. It’s actually almost unfathomable.
Since 2012 Nancy Pelosi has executed 213 trades on individual stocks with a total volume of $270 million dollars.
In Q1 of 2026 Donald Trump executed 3,500+ trades on individual stocks with a total volume of $1.5 billion dollars.
Donald Trump is on pace for 14,000 trades this year.
Nancy Pelosi has averaged 15 trades per year.
Right, like this was EXACTLY what people said they wanted post-Trump. First term Trump was exhausting. People hated it. He botched Covid. He was completely incompetent.
People just wanted normalcy and competent government again. Biden came in and basically got us out of Covid and turned the economy around to where it was the envy of the world.
And despite doing what everyone claimed to want, voters (egged on by a bored/hostile media) found all sorts of relative minutia to hate about it.
"My McNuggets cost $1.50 more. My Doordash order for my family of 5 is now $120; thanks Joe Biden!" And on and on.
And then, the voters (who have the memory of goldfish and were again helped big time by a complicit media) forgot how much they hated Trump 1 and believed all his very obvious bullshit about 'lowering prices on day one' and such.
It's very convenient to blame Joe Biden for not 'vanquishing' Trump but it's also complete bullshit.
In the past 72 hrs, DJT's posted about the Kennedy Center, *bad* judges, E Jean Carroll, his pathetic state fair, & deranged AI images of a weird robot, Mount Rushmore, George Washington, & his NASCAR fantasy car.
Not once has he posted about how he's going to help us afford groceries- or ANYTHING ELSE for that matter- again.
He. Does. Not. Give. A. Shit. About. The. American. People. And. Our. Affordability. Crisis.
Let me tell you what just got reported, because you will not believe it until you see it laid out.
The Trump administration cut a billion-dollar tungsten deal with Kazakhstan. Tungsten is the metal we need for missile warheads, fighter jets, and computer chips. Trump himself got on the phone to close it. Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick worked it from the inside, sending letters, leaning on the Kazakh president, lining up as much as $1.6 billion in federal financing.
Within weeks of those negotiations, investors tied to a firm partly owned by Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump took a 20% stake in an entity connected to the very same Kazakhstan project their father was negotiating. Around that same time, Cantor Fitzgerald, the firm run by Lutnick’s own sons, raised $210 million for a partner in the deal and pocketed the fees.
The fathers set the policy. The sons cashed in.
Six days after the Trump sons and their partners moved their money, Lutnick signed the final deal.
The reporting found one or both families have financial ties to at least 14 companies working with the government on critical mining deals.
The total federal funding flowing toward those companies tops $8.9 billion.
This is your tax money.
It is supposed to secure our supply chains and protect our troops, not pad the portfolios of the President’s children and the Commerce Secretary’s children.
This is the most corrupt administration in American history. It is not close.
We must keep digging, and keep asking the questions they do not want asked. Republicans in Congress are unwilling to lift a finger. Mike Johnson is running a protection racket.
Either we will end the corruption, or the corruption will be the end of us.

There's legitimately never been someone so disinterested in doing the job of president- the most serious/important in the country- and it was completely obvious that this is how he would be based on his first term. And less mentally capable of doing the job.
And yet, it got zero coverage and his insane rambling and babbling got sane-washed into coherent statements and now here we are.
@herculezg I don't disagree, but some "foolishly" wanted him off at halftime because he "foolishly" picked up an early yellow card and they didn't want him to get a red and miss the next round, because of how important he is.
Found an imaginary problem, said only they could fix it, didn’t listen to experts, hired buddies who grifted millions, failed miserably, bragged how great it went.
The entire Trump presidency in a nutshell.
If The New York Times got its hands on leaked audio recordings from the Situation Room, then we have a massive national security crisis on our hands. That very likely means our enemies know everything that’s been said in that room, at least since Trump took over.
This should be a massive scandal.
