Otherwise it's a small discord bug ig
Just ignore it since it's not as important as a direct ping

@4everfreebrony It means you have gotten any kind of message on one of your servers you're in (does not have to be a ping) just a normal message.
When I go to those servers and right click them -> read all unread messages-> the red circle in the task bar goes away
For me at least
