I was today years old when I learned like the psychological and neuroplasticity benefits of sitting by a fire and staring at it. Every single thing you see is completely random. There's no predictive element to it. So it forces your brain to accept the reality that it has no idea what is coming next and puts you in a highly narrow, responsive state so that you can have more open conversations, be a little bit more susceptible to new ideas, which is so why so many powerful friend to friend conversations happen around a campfire.
