So depression is acting up today. It's always there, just a step stronger. But it's manifesting in a way that's like I'm missing something, longing for something but I'm not sure what or how to deal with it. Instead I'll sit in my chair crochet and drink coffee.

I received the best compliment of my life today from a coworker. "You look like a studio ghibli character" I always feel awkward after a complement, but this!!!! This!!!! This just made me feel so good about myself!
