So @dpti_sa tell me why the bike lane on Montacute Road is open when it now resembles a trench? No need to close it? Perhaps some warning you are about to ride on very loose gravel might demonstrate being safety conscious. Not good enough really.
An enjoyable January it has been on the bike. So many amazing views. Feels like life is COVID normal on the bike. That is a life we have to rediscover and soon!!
Any cricket umpire who wears a helmet or a large arm guard for protection should give it away. It suggests your reactions and eyesight are slow so how can you umpire effectively? Might be harsh, but safety cannot compromise capability
Is it possible to lament a character flaw in someone else if you have played a role as a contributing factor for ages? Is that what they call the joy of compromise??
I donated blood yesterday and was pleased to finally have made more donations than my age. I did notice this sign and it made me recall some regular jibes thrown around during high school. Maybe we have moved on.
Another gorgeous day in #adelaide - be grateful for the small stuff, this view is free. Tis time to welcome in a new year and begin it with hope and not endless fear.
It can be crap at times with COVID hassles but 10 minutes enjoying this view provides perspective #Adelaide - with thanks to Pinarello and an iced latte.
So the ACT leads the way with legalising #cannabisculture here in Australia. The war on drugs was lost years ago so maybe legalising it could change the outcome?
I have been enjoying a taste of Spring. New cleats and Ultegra pedals are ready to go. Might use the same time as a likely drab AFL final to ride the bike
