@UnityCodeMonkey Thanks! I didn't even try pomodoros, cause I know it isn't a good fit for me. Cause I value freedom a lot. I mostly use it for health related stuff. Like take a pill 30 minutes after a launch. Don't drink for 30 minutes after you've applied special tooth paste. etc.

@TynanSylvester I'm a huge fan of Asana. It is very light weight and easy to use. I've even managed to convince producer in game dev company where I was working previously to move whole company to Asana. I'm also using it to manage my real life tasks and information.
