@stemonteduro I think at the end of my next big contract, I'll keep a smaller freelance gig, whilst I focus my efforts on all my other personal projects.

@pizzaboy Managing capacity is difficult. I had an employee and freelancers working for me, but then I'd have to manage them all, and all the clients.

It's equally great and a headache.
