🚨 INDUSTRY BENCHMARK FAILED: Real exchanges give users 10+ days to withdraw if KYC policies change. @MEXC gives zero warning, trapping deposits instantly. This isn't "compliance"; it's a liquidity trap. Will @ESMAEurope allow this Bait-and-Switch in the EU? 🏛️👇

[rollo @rollo599]

@ragnar66776677 @CouponSyndicate @MEXC @usithetalk same here, if kyc was the issue they shouldnt have let me deposit, why did they ask for it only when I tried to withdraw? if they @MEXC was legit they would give users at least 10 days to withdraw like Binance, Kucoin, and others

🚨 PEAK HYPOCRISY: MEXC CEO @usithetalk announces a $500M "Guardian Fund" for user protection, while simultaneously BLOCKING retail victims begging for their frozen funds. Is that $500M funded by trapped retail liquidity? @AMF_actu @ESMAEurope take note. 🇪🇺👇 #MEXC

[vikingsmindset @VikingMindsett]

"Protection is not a slogan" 😂 @usithetalk literally tweeted this while BLOCKING ME for asking for my frozen crypto back! Your $500M "Guardian Fund" is just stolen retail deposits! You are running a Roach Motel. 🛑🗑️ @MEXC #ReleaseOurFunds #MEXCScam

[CryptoHound @CreateCrypto]

🚨 The community is waking up. Retail is flooding the timeline warning about @MEXC trapping deposits, while paid shills try to dismiss the victims as 'FUD.' With ESMA & AMF regulators watching, CEO @usithetalk has a massive cover-up on his hands. 📰🇪🇺 #ReleaseOurFunds @zachxbt

[CryptoHound @CreateCrypto]

🚨 MiCA RED ALERT: Evidence shows @MEXC is trapping retail liquidity by refusing standard 'Restitution to Source'.
Is CEO @usithetalk hoarding your funds? This is a FATAL liability for their EU expansion. 🛑👇

EXHIBIT A: @MEXC Support admitting IN WRITING that their "internal policy" overrides international AML laws.
They lure retail with a 10 BTC no-KYC limit, trap the deposits, and explicitly refuse a "Restitution to Source." This is a formal confession to Civil Conversion. 🧵👇

[CryptoHound @CreateCrypto]

Is @MEXC risking a massive regulatory crackdown under their new CEO @usithetalk? When users start publicly organizing and citing Seychelles FSA violations over frozen funds, the watchdogs notice. Are the "Risk Control" flags actually just a liquidity grab? @zachxbt @Cointelegraph

[John Dough @CouponSyndicate]

🚨 LEGAL ALERT: Is @MEXC holding your crypto hostage?
Allowing customers to deposit and trade without KYC, but weaponizing sudden "AML/Risk Control" to block WITHDRAWALS is legally defined as a Bait-and-Switch and Civil Conversion (theft).
A thread on how to fight back. 🧵👇
