Charging $60/hr while the other guys are at $145 plus consumables, plus materials, plus the 4 hrs you burn pulling permits nobody bills for.

Every fabricator knows this feeling:
You finish a job. Run the numbers.
You made $18/hr on a job you quoted $80/hr.
You forgot finishing time. Consumables. That one extra trip.
It happens because quoting from memory doesn't scale.
CreateQuote does.

The industry average bid-win rate for fab shops is 30%.
Meaning 70% of the time you spent quoting that job? Gone.
Most shops are losing on volume AND accuracy.
That's the problem we built CreateQuote to fix.

@MattWallace888 Creepy and outrageously inappropriate 100%. Seemingly predatory, quite possibly. Pedophile, maybe, at least, 100% severe boundary issues. Just stating the obvious. Stating that heβs a homosexual because he sends cock pics or takes them is 100% π€¦ββοΈ ridiculous π.
I have two main rules that I live by that (I believe) help me stay relevant and moving forward online.
1. Always Be Helpful - When I create content, all I'm ever trying to do is make it helpful to others. The more people I feel like that content can help, the better.
2. No Zero Days - I'm not a workaholic but I make sure I make at least the slightest bit of progress on my business goals every single day. Even when I'm away from an internet connection, I'll journal on content ideas or shoot some video.
3. Bonus: Don't Read YouTube Comments - YouTube comments always seem to be the most toxic of the places I interact. Instead, I have a team member read them for me and give me the overall sentiment of how the video was perceived.
This simple mental model is literally one that I've tried to follow since I went full-time on my own back in 2009 (except rule 3 - That's a MUCH newer rule). The results weren't overnight but they definitely compounded.

Itβs always a good idea to render out a low resolution/low quality version of project before final render, but another thing I like to do is change the frame step to 2, then set my playback FPS to 15 (or 12 if your at 24fps) in DJV or the PV. Less frames, faster render tests. π
