This account operator has a history of targeting me, including a 2022 Twitch ban for severe homophobic slurs/hateful conduct. Their associate, "bambiibop," was just banned by Twitch on June 28, 2026, after attempting to dox me inside a channel unban request. Despite these prior bans, this network continues to evade restrictions by organizing on Discord to systematically scrape my copyrighted broadcast data using specialized extensions, explicitly bypassing privacy configurations to extract private, unpublished, and public VODs without my consent, openly organizing this extraction on Discord to other creators and malicious users, all of whom I have banned from interacting with my channel, live vods, and streams (evidence in images.)

Furthermore, this network is weaponizing false system flags to maliciously disrupt my broadcasts and has explicitly issued doxxing threats regarding my physical address and personal info (images.)
I request an internal escalation into their channel.

FYI if you are banned from my chat, do not submit an unban request acting like only my mods will see it, or when you are not answered in an unban request, try to join my discord server on an alt account in an attempt to message me trying to harass my mods via proxy as if you were "banned for no reason."

Please understand the following:

1: I trust my mods, their decisions are paramount to mine. If a mod bans you, chances are I asked them to, or they know to ban you. And, if I see the ban, I always approve.
I have never had to remove a mod while they were actively modding for attempting to sabotage me.

(I've only ever noticed bad mod behaviors from mods I had to ban who tried to do stuff on the way out.)

2: If you are not following the channel, your unban request will never be headed and if you have to continue to watch my stream chat to get the proper discord link after a chat and stream ban - it tells me you are running an alternate account on Twitch to violate the TOS and chat ban evade. Not a very wise choice.
Nobody not following will ever have their ban request headed, no matter what. It isn't a normal thing or behavior for people not following a Twitch channel to ask for an unban request to a channel they do not actively support.
Only trolls and alt accounts do that, not real people.

3: DMs with me are a priviledge, not a right. They are not used to message me about your chat bans from my channels and they are especially not used to learn why you were banned or attempt to get around your ban in the first place by "going for a second opinion."
I can see what my mods do. I can check. If you were banned in error, I'd have unbanned you.

Let it be known that people like Flip and Trial who abuse the DMCA system fraudulently in an attempt to lie about Twitch Partner channels to feel better about their YT terminations, suspensions, and theft + ban evasion will not be tolerated by myself or the Twitch platform.

This is the 11th time Flip and Trial have attempted to lie on federal forms committing acts of Perjury while using alternate accounts to stalk my content due to their egos. Let it also be known, that trying to smack talk in a game to me when you are not good at said game, will result in critique and criticism if you can not do what I can do with your own statements being held against you.

If a person like Trial or Flip can not handle that and attempt to false DMCA to cover their tracks it shows why they are in the wrong and have had to lie about me and create propaganda of things they have done to me that they attempt to cover up and why they have attempted to slander my name in search results to hide their egos being bruised.

Do not commit a felony on a federal form in the way that Flip and Trial do over their inadequacy in a video game. Just git gud.

Not only do I not need them to clear the level, but 99% of randoms don't bring the right gear for the job, and do nothing but create waves of enemies on me not understanding how to take down targets or complete objectives in a timely or efficient manner.

Makes me sad, honestly. The Game tells these types to bring the right equipment for the job and difficulty at hand. But, do they? No, of course they don't!
