They are not synonymous with wheelchair use.

Werkin on the flower girl dresses. This is about to get deeeep even though my barely trafficked page is very casual. I used fabric from my little sister’s MOH dress who passed away a few months ago to sew sashes for the flower girls who carried her bouquet down the aisle.
