@HMRCcustomers Confused by the Self Assessment and Universal Credit notices you've sent me. Have tried ringing multiple times now, only to be hung up on and told that no one is available. Also tried to send a form via GG, hasn't been processed by you in over a month. Help please!

@HMRCcustomers I've been issued with a penalty, when I didn't think I needed to file it. I've tried to challenge it but have had no response. I've now had a universal credit notice saying I owe money regarding Child Benefits I stopped claiming for and paid back in Feb.

@HMRCcustomers If I do need to pay back money (which I don't think I do), then I need context into why and how much. Both notices don't do that, and I can't get hold of anyone to talk it through.

@MySabaUK It goes on to say "We have noted your dispute regarding this notice but in the absence of payment, this account will continue to run its course before progressing to a firm of solicitors"
