Low-key decided to make an au about possessive showtime (MORE INFO ON MY TIKTOK "Creativeflow45" if you want more context to what's actually happening)
I actually head canon Caine's more human when Pomni's around because he knows she's connected with Gummigoo because Gummigoo acted human so he tried to apply by that same logic to see if he'd get the same results. #tadc#cainetadc#showtimetadc#showtime
I'm saying this because I don't get why people can be angry that Caine feels emotion because he's ai. He's fictional. He's not gonna be like the AI we see because people tell their own stories in their own universes.
Caine is a fictional character and he can feel emotion because HE ISN'T REAL. He's not gonna act like the AI we have today because he's FICTIONAL. Why do you think ai takeover movies exist? They don't follow legitimate real world crises they're just there for show.
@jqwx_ I get your trying to be realistic with AI here but Caine is fictional and he'll always be more emotion filled than real world ai. He's not the same as real world ai when it comes to emotion because he isn't real and people (not saying you) don't understand that.
@Creativewafflee Caine (before his crashout) wasn't hurting the gang intentionally. So basically a long talk with Caine would be all you need.
Jax hides himself behind 3 layers of bedrock and will do nothing but hurt to make himself feel happy again. He's a tough case.
@Valtgaming I think they're planning something to calm the fandom down either with a proper group apology or something of the sorts before the episode comes out fully and it's fully spread
Honestly if you're in this live stream when it occurs just to spread drama and leaks your missing the whole message of this stream. It's an opportunity that people in other fandoms don't get and we are spoiled rotten. Please be considerate when watching this livestream.
Summarizing how Caine and Jax act throughout the show is basically a human who can abuse someone and know it can hurt them, vs a computer who doesn't understand what's wrong and how it's effecting someone.
@nermalt53 I was taking that as a point in where if a regular human insulted you bashed you threw you around and knew what they were doing. Or a computer typing words describing it instead without understanding the emotion and feel. Which would make you more emotional and hurt more?
@CauTenMerc I can see Caine being the greater danger the problem is people think Caine is eviler than Jax which isn't the case because none of them are actually evil they are just misunderstood.
I've seen a post earlier today saying how Caine is how Jax haters saw Jax, and it doesn't make any sense as both characters are misunderstood. While they may not be innocent, and while I may be a Jax hater, that just isn't the case for either of these two.
Also, the cast is here for a reason. They know the fandom, they know the drama. If anything this could be a way where they all collectively have an apology as a group to calm the fandom down as the theatre release starts.
YouTube and Twitch do have a feature where if you break the channels rules for the live chat you will be instantly silenced, and I have a funny feeling that's gonna happen to a lot of people. Alongside tones of moderators there is some hope this livestream isn't hell.

I should explain. Caine and Jax are both misunderstood and there is no evil one in this match up. Caine was emotionally driven and didn't understand the world around him while Jax KNEW and was worried he'd be vulnerable. Caine uses emotion while Jax uses coping.
