From a purely utilitarian perspective like the one Asmon was arguing, this outcome follows naturally.

Its the outcome that comes through looking at the world from a probabilistic density function lens.

Certain racial groups have higher crime rates than others, and these gaps persist even after controlling for socioeconomic factors.

Technically if we are being utilitarian only 130 IQ+ North east asians should have babies.

If so, for example a black child would be 10x more likely to commit crime than an Asian child when coming to adulthood, from a probabilistic standpoint there is no utility in having the black child
