The way I wanted to do it is, sadly, just not a good idea financially. Even in such a cheap-money environment.
Possible? Yes. Good strategy? Not really.
But there might be a better way.

Walmart and Amazon have killed main street activity in many small towns by driving retailers out of business.
To create a more lively main streets, we should encourage opening businesses that are:
- Affordable
- Communal
- Regularly enjoyable
