I have an AI solution that meets every AI EO requirement you seek, one that is patented, tested and proven to deliver America the strategic dominance you seek.

America is entering an era in which quantum computing and autonomous AI agents will possess extraordinary computational powers.

Our decisive national-security question should be this: “Should AI Agents ever acquire authority it was never granted?”
