THE CHARLIE KIRK AMENDMENT:
On September 26, 2025, the Macrons amended their lawsuit to officially invoke Charlie Kirk’s name.
They claim that Candace Owens is investigating Brigitte's identity "to distract from investigating Charlie Kirk's murder."

The Gaslighting is Real.
@RealCandaceO has said repeatedly that the attacks on her are the distraction to stop her from solving the murder. Now, the First Lady of France is using a dead man's name in a legal filing to paint Candace as "crazy."

BUT HERE IS WHERE THEIR EVIDENCE FALLS APART:

"BORN A WOMAN" ... BUT NOT FEMALE?
The lawsuit uses the phrase "Born a Woman" 23 times.
Problem: Babies aren't born women; they are born females.
In France, you can legally change your sex on documents. The only way to prove biological sex is with an original birth certificate.
Did they include one? NO.
Instead, they included a newspaper clipping that proves a Brigitte was born, not that the First Lady is that person.

THE DAILY MAIL FAIL:
The lawsuit cites a Daily Mail article as the "Holy Grail" proof that the "Boy in the Checkered Shirt" is Brigitte's brother.
The Contradiction:

The Article: Identifies the boy as Jean-Claude (Brigitte’s late brother).

Brigitte’s Previous Claim: Has always said the boy is Jean-Michel (who is alive).
So which is it? The dead brother or the living brother? They are tripping over their own lies.

THE MISSING HUSBAND:
The lawsuit claims journalists met with Brigitte's ex-husband, Andre Louis Auziere.
Spoiler: The current version of the article doesn't say that anywhere. In fact, Andre wasn't seen publicly from 1996 until he died in 2019.

If the truth is on their side, why are they hiding the birth certificate and relying on conflicting articles?
