@CrossCountryUK Thanks for letting me know. The level of heat was unbearable. My insulin pump was dislodged as we were rammed in & people weren’t able to hold on safely. I disembarked @Sheffield & will travel back early AM as I was unable to complete my work from my seat reservation as planned.

It’s horrific again.
No chance of getting to my reserved seat again. It was the same from BHM to LDS yesterday.
Not acceptable.
