This semester, Crestview Middle sixth-graders put their learning to work in the service of worthy causes in language arts teachers Kristyn Ringkamp and Jennifer Voigt’s AcLab.
The students combined art, communication, advertising and persuasive writing to raise money and collect donations for three local, animal-based nonprofits: the Humane Society of Missouri, R&R Ranch and Second Chance Ranch. Today, the organizations came to the school to see the results of the students' hard work, and KMOV interviewed students and their teachers for a story! #WeAreRockwood
